Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking an On-Site Workforce Implementation Manager to lead startup, stabilization, and handoff of new client sites across the Southeastern U.S. You will own full-cycle talent activities, partner with client HR and operations, and mentor site teams while traveling 80–90%.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong recruiting, onboarding, payroll and timekeeping experience, and the ability to work remotely when not deployed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce operations, staffing, recruiting, employee relations, client management, multi-site leadership or similar (preferred).
• Proven ability to independently run an on-site workforce program.
• Hands-on expertise across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience training and coaching managers and teams.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute new on-site launches—from initial setup through stabilization and handoff.
• Serve as interim on-site leadership during openings, transitions, vacancies, or surge needs.
• Own full-cycle talent activities: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Develop and mentor Workforce Operations Managers and site teams to high performance.
• Drive engagement and accountability: attendance, performance, investigations, and separations.
