BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner- HVAC for a remote US role (Eastern/Central/Mountain time zones preferred). The successful candidate will recruit HVAC technicians across the US, using deep industry connections to fill high-volume, hard-to-fill roles under deadlines.

Requirements include 5+ years HVAC recruitment and 7+ total recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years direct, commercial HVAC recruitment experience, plus 7+ total recruiting years.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio; SharePoint preferred.
• Strong networking and search skills in the HVAC/technical trades.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HR regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Builds a talent network within HVAC/trades communities.
• Directly sources, interviews, negotiates offers, and hires for open requisitions.
• Maintains candidate data in ATS and tracks workflow metrics.
• Creates Boolean and advanced search strings for sourcing.
• Drives improvements to candidate experience and recruitment processes.
