Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to recruit skilled HVAC technicians across the United States. The role is remote (Eastern Time strongly preferred) and involves building a robust HVAC network, proactive sourcing, and end-to-end candidate management.

Candidates must have at least 5 years direct HVAC recruitment experience and a total of 7+ years in recruiting, plus a Bachelor's degree and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years recent and direct HVAC recruitment experience.
• 7+ years total recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit builds a talent network within business communities for skilled trades.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers and hire candidates for open requisitions.
• Track candidate workflows, pre-screen information, and all required metrics.
