BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our team, US-based remote role. The candidate should reside in Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities include headhunting HVAC technicians, building a talent network, and filling high-volume roles in a deadline-driven environment. Requires 5+ years HVAC recruitment and 7+ years total recruiting experience, with strong industry connections and a commitment to diversity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5 years HVAC recruitment experience.
• 7 years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with multi-state employment laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent network within HVAC practitioner communities.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers, and hire for open requisitions.
• Network with business leaders, hiring managers and HR partners.
• Maintain candidate data and workflows in the ATS.
• Develop search plans and creative strategies for candidate delivery.
• Travel nationally for training, meetings, and client visits.
