Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to proactively source HVAC technicians across the U.S. The role is remote with preference for Eastern Time Zone.

You will build a candidate network, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and partner with HR and managers to fill roles in a deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC recruitment and 7+ years total recruiting experience, strong industry connections, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years HVAC recruitment experience, 7+ years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a talent network in HVAC and skilled trades.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers, and hire for open requisitions.
• Coordinate with HR partners and hiring managers; ensure timely recruitment processes.
