Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our team. The role is based in the U.S. (Remote) with a preference for Eastern time zone; travel may be required.

You will lead HVAC recruiting across the United States, building pipelines, sourcing, interviewing, and closing roles in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years HVAC recruitment experience and 7+ years total recruiting, with a strong network in skilled trades and knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• 5 years recent and direct, commercial HVAC recruitment experience, plus at least 7 years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
• Heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices required.
• Some knowledge of multi-state and federal laws/regulations related to employment (EEO, ADA, OFCCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit builds a talent network within business-specific practitioner communities for skilled trades.
• Direct sourcing, interviews, negotiates offers, and hires candidates to fill open requisitions.
• Pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting.
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the ATS.
• Create Boolean and complex search strings for searches.
• Drive improvements to candidate site(s) and candidate experience.
• Travel nationally to client locations for training, meetings and events.
