BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC for US remote work. Must reside in Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone. Role focuses on headhunting HVAC technicians across the US and filling high-volume, hard-to-fill roles in a deadline-driven environment.

Minimum 5 years HVAC recruiting experience and 7+ total recruiting years. Offers competitive pay, benefits, 401k match, PTO and development opportunities. Remote with occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years HVAC recruitment experience, plus 7 years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; SharePoint preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Responsabilités

• Build a talent network within practitioner communities for skilled trades.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers and hire to fill open requisitions.
• Maintain candidate workflows and data in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Drive process improvements and cost-conscious recruiting.
