Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC for a US-based remote role. You will recruit HVAC technicians nationwide, leveraging your deep HVAC industry connections and proactive sourcing strategies.

The role requires at least 5 years of HVAC recruitment and 7+ years overall recruiting, plus strong MS Office and SharePoint skills. Travel to client sites may be required; remote work within MT/CST/EST time zones is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, commercial HVAC recruitment experience.
• At least 7 years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a talent network within HVAC and skilled trades.
• Source, interview, qualify, negotiate offers and hire candidates for open roles.
• Develop effective relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Create strategic search plans and use Boolean/Social sourcing to find candidates.
• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and report on pipelines.
• Travel as needed for meetings, training, and client visits.
