Job summary

BGIS ITS in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC for a remote role. This position targets headhunting HVAC technicians across the US, filling high-volume, hard-to-find roles within deadline-driven environments, and leveraging strong HVAC industry connections.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of direct HVAC recruiting experience and 7+ years total recruiting experience, with advanced knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, and ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years recent direct HVAC recruitment experience.
• 7+ years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint preferred.
• Ability to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Recruit builds a talent network within practitioner communities for skilled trades.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers and hire for HVAC openings.
• Maintain ATS data and candidate workflows; track metrics.
• Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience and service.
