Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to recruit HVAC technicians across the US, with remote options in Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zones. You will aggressively source, screen, and hire candidates for high-volume, hard-to-fill HVAC roles.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC recruitment experience and 7+ years total recruiting; you will partner with business leaders, manage offers, and train HR on the ATS.

Qualifications

• 5 years of recent HVAC recruitment experience
• 7+ years total recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook; SharePoint preferred
• Knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws (EEO, OFCCP) and general HR practices

Responsibilities

• Build a talent network within HVAC and skilled trades communities
• Directly source, interview, qualify, and negotiate offers to fill open requisitions
• Proactively network and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners
• Maintain and improve candidate site(s) and recruitment processes; track workflows and metrics
• Train HR staff on the Applicant Tracking System and ensure confidentiality
