Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner- HVAC to recruit HVAC technicians across the US. This remote role requires located in Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time zones and may involve travel to client sites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of direct HVAC recruitment and 7+ years total recruiting experience.

You will build talent networks, source candidates, interview, negotiate offers, and collaborate with HR and hiring managers to fill openings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years recent and direct, commercial HVAC recruitment experience
• Total recruiting experience of at least 7 years
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
• Working knowledge of SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a talent network within business communities for skilled trades.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers and hire candidates for open requisitions.
• Network and establish relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR partners.
• Develop search plans and creative approaches to deliver quality candidates.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in the ATS and track candidate workflows.
• Drive cost-containment and efficiency in recruiting processes.
• Communicate BGIS employment value proposition to candidates and stakeholders.
• Travel nationally as required for client locations and training.
