Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to attract and hire HVAC technicians across the United States. This remote role requires strong sourcing, high-volume recruiting, and in-depth HVAC industry knowledge.

You will build candidate pipelines, partner with business leaders, and ensure a compliant, efficient recruiting process. Travel to client sites may be required; Eastern, Central and Mountain time zones are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years recent and direct, commercial HVAC recruitment experience, plus at least 7 years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
• Heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices required.
• Some knowledge of multi-state and federal laws/regulations related to employment, such as EEO, ADA, OFCCP, and general HR practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds a talent network within business-specific practitioner communities for skilled trades.
• Directly sources, interviews, qualifies, negotiates offers and hires candidates to fill open requisitions.
• Proactively networks and maintains relationships while monitoring market intelligence.
• Develops search plans and maintains a contact management system.
• Creates and uses Boolean search strings for sourcing on paid boards and search engines.
• Maintains all applicant and interview data in the ATS and tracks workflows.
