Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to source and hire skilled HVAC technicians across the United States. The role supports remote work (Eastern preferred) and may require travel to client sites for training and meetings.

A strong HVAC recruitment background and five years of direct HVAC experience are essential. You will build networks, manage candidate pipelines, and partner with HR to shape a high-quality talent pool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years recent and direct HVAC recruitment experience.
• Total recruiting experience of 7+ years.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint preferred.
• Experience with multi-state employment laws and EEO/OFCCP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent network within HVAC and skilled trades communities.
• Source, interview, qualify, negotiate offers and hire candidates for open requisitions.
• Proactively network and build relationships with business leaders and HR partners.
• Use social/professional networks to identify candidates; conduct Boolean searches.
• Train HR staff on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Drive cost-conscious recruiting practices and improve candidate experiences.
• Lead and execute recruitment solutions with a client-focused mindset.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track relevant metrics.
• Develop search plans and candidate pipelines for assigned business groups.
