Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to assist daily OCC/O&M workflows and develop high-voltage training materials. The role is fully remote with interview-determined location expectations.

You will collaborate with the Technical Support Supervisor and SOLV teams to deliver training content and support HV operations. Key responsibilities include safety leadership, documentation, client communications, and SME advisory on equipment failures and corrective

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop others.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Stresses safety as the top priority and enforces safety standards.
• Ensure a safe working environment and follow procedures.
• Develop HV Technical Training Material with supervisor.
• Provide On-Call HV support to OCC/Field Technicians.
• Support OCC with Power Systems Analysis and operational guidance.
• Review and approve HV Test Reports as needed.
• Remote support for EPC Startup, Commissioning, and O&M activities.
• Provide SME advice to clients and assist RCA findings.
