Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to support daily OCC / O&M workflows and develop HV training materials. This position is fully remote and location expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with the Technical Support Supervisor and clients. Responsibilities include creating training content, supporting HV tests, providing SME advice, and assisting with RCA findings for equipment

Qualifications

10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
Demonstrated ability to train and develop others.
Effective verbal and written English communication.
Ability to recognize work hazards and mitigate using proper tools.
Proficient computer operation and testing applications.
Ability to work in a rotational on-call schedule (weekends/on-call).
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicle.
CPR/First Aid training.

Responsibilities

Prioritize safety and enforce safe practices across projects.
Provide HV testing and commissioning support and documentation.
Develop HV training materials in collaboration with the Technical Support Supervisor.
Offer remote and on-site support to OCC and field technicians as needed.
Provide SME advice to clients and support RCA findings.
