Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to support daily OCC/O&M workflows and develop HV training materials. This fully remote role will work with the Technical Support Supervisor and SOLV employees to deliver training and technical guidance.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, producing documentation, and providing on-demand HV support to OCC and field technicians. Strong communication, training, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop others.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize hazards and mitigate risks.
• Proficient with testing applications and basic computer operation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and on-call readiness.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Stresses safety as the top priority and enforces standards.
• Develop HV training material with supervisor and team.
• Provide on-call HV support to OCC and field technicians.
• Remote support for EPC startup, commissioning, and O&M testing.
• Prepare timely documentation and required reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and teammates.
• Support NI MIS/CA for HP issues and RCA findings.
