Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to support daily OCC/O&M work processes and develop HV training materials.

This role is fully remote, with location expectations discussed during the interview process. The position emphasizes safety compliance, on-call support, and collaboration with the Technical Support Supervisor to deliver effective HV training and operational guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to train and develop others and communicate safety procedures clearly.
• Experience with testing and commissioning and operating system testing apps.
• Effective verbal and written English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop HV Technical Training Material in collaboration with supervisors.
• Provide On-Call and daytime HV Support to OCC and Field Technicians.
• Support OCC with Power Systems Analysis and operational guidance.
• Prepare reports, test plans, and RCA findings for equipment failures.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company safety standards.
• Remote support for EPC Startup/Commissioning and O&M activities.
