Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to support OCC/O&M workflows and develop training materials for high voltage systems. This role is fully remote, with location expectations discussed during interview.

You will collaborate with the Technical Support Supervisor to create HV training content, provide on-call technical support, and help ensure safety compliance across field teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop others.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize work hazards and mitigate them.

Responsibilities

• Stresses safety as the top priority and ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Develop HV technical training materials with the Technical Support Supervisor.
• Provide On-Call and daytime HV support to OCC and field technicians.
• Remote support for EPC startup, commissioning, and O&M activities.
