Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to support daily OCC/O&M workflows and develop HV training materials. This fully remote role will collaborate with the Technical Support Supervisor to create training content and provide expert guidance on high-voltage operations.

Key duties include on-call support, safety program enforcement, and developing documentation and test plans for technicians. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience training or developing other staff is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety as the top priority and enforce safe practices.
• Provide HV technical training material development with supervisor support.
• Support OCC with Power Systems Analysis and operational guidance as needed.
• Assist in preparing test plans for technicians or subcontractors.
• Review HV test reports for acceptance and maintenance activities where applicable.
• Provide on-call HV support to OCC and field technicians, remotely when needed.
