Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to support daily OCC/O&M work processes and develop HV training materials. This fully remote role involves collaboration with the Technical Support Supervisor and SOLV employees to create effective HV training content and incident responses.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, documenting reports, supporting Power Systems Analysis, and providing SME guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
• Ability to train and develop others.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Understand safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work in rotational on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and ensure all employees follow safety practices.
• Develop HV training materials with the Technical Support team.
• Support OCC with Power Systems Analysis and operational guidance.
• Provide on-call HV support to OCC and field technicians.
• Remote support for EPC startup, commissioning, and O&M activities.
