Qualifications

• Incoming junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
• Contribute to process improvement projects and HR documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Practical experience in core HR functions.
