Qualifications

• Enrolled as a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• GPA 2.5+ required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
• Contribute to HR process improvement projects and documentation
• Provide general administrative support to HR team
