Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead preconstruction for substations, transmission lines, and BESS across nationwide projects.

This fully remote role requires steering planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, constructability reviews, procurement strategy, risk assessment, and client coordination from concept through handoff. You will manage kickoff meetings, stakeholder alignment, and ensure projects align with client objectives and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in electrical construction or project management.
• Experience with substations, transmission, utility-scale solar, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities for high-voltage projects (12kV–500kV+).
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, risk, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop execution plans and constructability reviews.
