SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead preconstruction for HV electrical infrastructure projects including substations, transmission lines, solar, wind, and BESS.

This fully remote role requires coordinating planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment to ensure successful project handoff from concept through construction. Responsibilities include preparing execution strategies, managing client and stakeholder relationships, and guiding

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction/high-voltage projects or project management.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and industry standards; ability to read drawings and specs.

Mansioni

• Lead preconstruction activities for high-voltage projects (12kV–500kV+).
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop project execution strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception through turnover.
• Facilitate vendor/subcontractor proposals and procurement alignment.
• Ensure risk assessment, safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
