SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead preconstruction for substations, transmission lines, BESS, and industrial power systems.

This fully remote role requires coordinating planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, constructability reviews, procurement strategy, risk assessment, and client interfaces from concept to handoff. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• ~7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.
• Electrical codes and industry standards; ability to interpret drawings, specs and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for high-voltage projects (12kV–500kV+), including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Analyze designs, bid documents, labor, equipment, and material pricing; maintain estimating databases.
• Coordinate client and stakeholder communications; support pursuit and proposal presentations.
• Develop project execution and procurement strategies; ensure alignment with schedules and budgets.
• Identify long-lead equipment, monitor critical paths, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement.
