Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead preconstruction for substations, transmission lines, BESS, and industrial power systems. This fully remote role focuses on planning, budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and client coordination from concept through turnover.

You will develop estimates, manage costs, support procurement, and coordinate across engineering, operations, and finance to ensure safe, on-time project delivery, typically for

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electrical construction, HV projects, estimating or PM.
• 3+ years leading preconstruction activities preferred.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, solar, BESS or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for 12kV–500kV+ projects including HV substations.
• Develop execution strategies and coordinate from inception to turnover.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, estimates and schedules.
• Manage procurement strategy and vendor proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and finance teams.
