Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive Operations training program. You will partner with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training for internal staff and external customers.

You will own New Hire Orientation, assess learning needs, and create engaging content across modalities, while tracking metrics and improving effectiveness in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows and compliance.
• Experience designing training for diverse locations and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end training content.
• Coordinate training calendar with department leaders.
• Deliver training across locations and for external customers.
• Measure training effectiveness and track progress.
• Lead New Hire Orientation development.
• Collaborate with Quality and operations leaders on refresher training.
