Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver the Operations training and development program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and executives to diagnose needs, drive change, and implement best-in-class training solutions.

The role focuses on end-to-end training roadmaps, content development, and ongoing effectiveness across diverse locations and skill sets. You will manage New Hire Orientation, refresher sessions, and change enablement initiatives,

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA degree or 2 years of training & development experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in healthcare training environment preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design and learning principles.
• Experience developing training for call centers/ operations in healthcare.
• Familiarity with E-learning tools and LMS platforms such as Eloomi.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement training content using multiple modalities.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Lead new hire orientation development and refresh content with stakeholders.
• Conduct training for new hires and refresher sessions across operations.
• Track progress, measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
