Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate our Operations training program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose organizational needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class solutions that align with business strategy.

The role focuses on end-to-end training roadmaps, policy execution, and engaging learning experiences across diverse locations and modalities, including new hire orientation and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development; healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows, including pre-authorization and medical claims processing.
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Experience using learning management software (Eloomi preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement training content using multiple modalities for internal employees and external customers.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Own and improve New Hire Orientation across departments.
• Deliver refresher training with subject matter experts and leaders.
• Track training progress and measure effectiveness to drive on-the-job skills.
