Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver the Operations training program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, build strategic training initiatives, and drive adoption across diverse locations and roles.

You will own New Hire Orientation, deliver refresher sessions, and track learning metrics. The role requires practical instructional design expertise and strong facilitation skills in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Design end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Create and deliver training across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Identify training needs and define measurable requirements.
• Develop content using multiple learning modalities with SMEs.
• Create learner journeys based on roles and competencies.
• Develop content addressing skill gaps and process changes.
• Own and improve New Hire Orientation in collaboration with operations.
• Deliver refresher training with business partners and leaders.
• Track progress and improve training effectiveness in practice.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training content for internal staff and external customers.
• Coordinate with Operations leadership to implement training programs.
• Monitor access and progress and adjust to improve outcomes.
• Support change enablement initiatives and corporate projects.
• Ensure QA checks for all application lesson plans covering system and workflow processes.
