Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate the Operations training program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership to support business objectives and drive change across diverse locations.

You will create end-to-end training content, manage onboarding and refresher programs, and measure outcomes to improve performance. A Healthcare background and LMS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Education and Learning, Applied Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or related field required, or 2 Years of experience in training & development in lieu of degree.
• 2+ Years of experience in Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred in a training environment.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Experience using learning management software such as Eloomi.
• Experience using training tools such as Articulate or Captivate and learning management solutions preferred.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation and training skills.
• Ability to execute and thrive in a fast paced, changing, matrixed and highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implement training content using different learning modalities for internal employees and external customers.
• Creates learner journeys based on job roles and training needs.
• Owns, evaluates and improves New Hire Orientation content.
• Track training progress and measure effectiveness of training delivered.
• Design and deliver refresher training with subject matter experts.
