Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive cross-functional healthcare initiatives in a fully remote capacity across multiple U.S. states.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, coordinating clinical, operations, IT, and vendor partners to deliver on-time outcomes and measurable ROI. The role requires PMI/PMBOK-aligned discipline, strong documentation habits, and the ability to build out PMO standards, templates, and reporting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project coordination/PMO experience in healthcare.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous documentation.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with clinical, IT, and operations teams and vendors.
• Maintain documentation, logs, schedules, and dashboards.
• Support the stand-up and maturation of a PMO and governance tooling.
• Report progress, risks, and ROI to leadership; manage changes.
