Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional healthcare operations initiatives across its crisis network. You’ll work with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to move initiatives from intake to close, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change with clear leadership reporting.

This is a remote role supporting multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail in maintaining project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive projects to completion with strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and occasional travel to CHS sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports; organize meetings and follow-ups.
• Support the build and maturation of a new PMO with standards, templates, and reporting tools.
• Provide governance for scope, change control, and ROI across sites.
