Zusammenfassung

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager for a fully remote role across the United States. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives, working with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to hit milestones, while maintaining documentation and dashboards.

You’ll build out a PMO framework, manage budgets and risks, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive projects to completion.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities; travel to CHS sites as needed.
• Company vaccination policy requires a plan to be fully vaccinated or exempt via approved process.

• Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to meet milestones and ROI.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, trackers, schedules, and reporting dashboards.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items and deliverables.
• Support the build and maturation of a new PMO with standards, templates, and SOPs.
• Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools across initiatives.
• Manage scope and change requests, securing approvals for material changes.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
