Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager for a fully remote role across multiple states. You will coordinate clinical, operations, IT, and vendor initiatives, manage scope and timelines, and deliver measurable patient‑care outcomes with clear reporting to leaders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project coordination/management in healthcare, proficiency with PM tools, and a PMP or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross‑functional healthcare initiatives from planning through implementation across clinical, operations, IT and vendors.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource estimates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Maintain action logs, risk registers, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.
• Support the formation and maturation of a PMO with standards, templates, and reporting tools.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change while tracking ROI.
