Zusammenfassung

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager for a fully remote role across multiple states. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives, working with clinical, IT, operations, and vendor teams to move projects from intake to close.

You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, while reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, or operations support, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.

Aufgaben

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables across sites.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports; organize meetings and action items.
• Support the creation and maturation of a PMO with standards, templates, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools across initiatives and manage change.
