Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare operations initiatives in a fully remote role across multiple states, including Indiana. You will coordinate with clinical, IT, operations, and vendors, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and report progress to leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years in project coordination/management, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining project documentation.

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and outside vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans and workplans with milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables.
