• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with meticulous document management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate with clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to hit milestones within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and reports; prepare agendas and follow-ups.
