Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and tracking.

Aufgaben

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, issue logs, trackers and meeting notes.
• Support the build and maturation of a PMO and drive process improvements across sites.
• Manage scope and change control, securing approvals for material timeline, cost, or ROI changes.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and leadership-facing presentations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.
