Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across the crisis network. You’ll work with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to move initiatives from intake to close, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change.

This fully remote role requires coordinating across sites, with strong reporting and dashboarding to leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, and resource needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project docs, trackers, schedules, meetings, and dashboards.
• Support the build-out of the PMO with standards, templates, and SOPs.
• Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools across initiatives.
• Manage scope and change control with proper approvals.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to keep on schedule and budget.
