Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives within a remote, nationwide context. You will coordinate with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to move initiatives from intake to close, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, while delivering clear leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business/healthcare/project management.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, maintain documentation, and report status clearly to leaders.
• Experience with PMO development or process improvement (LEAN/Six Sigma) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs for varied initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables and maintain on-time delivery with expected ROI.
• Provide administrative and coordination support, maintain logs, trackers, and meeting notes; build reporting templates for a growing PMO.
• Support change management, risk mitigation, and reporting to leadership; ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
