Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives via a fully remote role across eligible states. You will coordinate with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, and produce concise status reporting for senior leaders.

The role emphasizes PMO development, standardization, and process improvement to deliver measurable ROI across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or PMO in healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and documentation discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Aufgaben

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Create comprehensive project plans and workplans with milestones and resource needs.
• Ensure alignment of goals and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Maintain project docs, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Support the build and maturation of the CHS PMO with SOPs and reporting tools.
• Manage scope, budget, risk, and change with clear leadership reporting.
