Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager for a fully remote role across multiple states. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives, collaborating with clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and ROI.

Strong PMI/PMBOK discipline, process improvement, and reporting focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail in maintaining project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
• Maintain initiatives on track to finish on time and deliver impact, quality and ROI.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to drive results.
• Ensure work stays compliant with healthcare regulatory, privacy (HIPAA), and organizational standards.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to keep initiatives organized and on track.
• Maintain project documentation, action-item and issue logs, status trackers, meeting notes, and shared project files.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items and deliverables.
• Support the maturation of a newly forming PMO with standards, templates, SOPs, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools across concurrent initiatives.
• Manage scope and change control, documenting requests and securing approvals for material changes.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership.
• Proactively spot and address project risks and issues with solutions.
