Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across our crisis network. This fully remote role collaborates with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, delivering on time with expected ROI.

You’ll build plans, dashboards, and trackers, maintain documentation, and support the maturation of a new PMO while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project coordination/PMO or healthcare operations.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and communicate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines and resource needs.
• Keep initiatives on track to deliver impact, quality and ROI.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to remove barriers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA) and documentation standards.
• Provide admin and coordination support; maintain logs, trackers and meeting notes.
• Support the formation and maturation of a PMO and process improvements.
• Manage scope and change control with approvals for timeline and cost changes.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and leadership presentations; report risks and outcomes.
