BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Customer Service/Collections Representative to help consumers resolve accounts with empathy and professionalism.

The role offers a base of $17/hour plus monthly commissions and a Monday–Friday schedule, with training and company-provided equipment. The position involves talking with consumers to explain accounts, offering payment options, and documenting interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
