Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated call center professional to assist consumers with account resolutions. This remote role offers a base pay of $17/hour with monthly commission opportunities and a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.

You will help customers understand their accounts, propose payment options, and document interactions accurately. The successful candidate will handle high call volumes, build trust in sensitive conversations, and meet performance goals with coaching

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
