The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, base pay of $17/hour plus monthly commission opportunities, and company-provided equipment for a home office. Responsibilities include handling high call volumes, documenting interactions accurately, and offering payment options while meeting performance goals with support and coaching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals with coaching and support.
