BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring a remote Customer Service/Collections Specialist in Florida. Earn $17/hour plus monthly commissions with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

You'll help consumers resolve accounts with empathy and professionalism while working from home, with company-provided equipment and training. Responsibilities include talking with consumers to explain accounts, offering payment options, handling high call volumes, documenting interactions, and meeting performance

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
