Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring a remote Call Center Specialist to help patients understand their accounts with empathy and clarity.

You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, document interactions accurately, and present payment options such as full balance, payment plans, or financial assistance where applicable. This full-time position offers $17/hour plus monthly bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
