BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring for a remote, full-time role helping patients resolve accounts with empathy and clarity.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, an hourly wage of $17 plus monthly bonus opportunities, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, GAP and life insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO and holidays, and company-provided equipment. You will handle calls to discuss accounts, offer payment options, document interactions, and strive to meet performance

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching).
